RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing Marianna Senchina as your preferred brand. We are grateful for your loyalty and support. Our utmost priority is your satisfaction with order. However, if for any reason you find yourself less than fully content, we offer you the option to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We kindly request your understanding that should you choose to refuse the delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our EU warehouse. To facilitate the process, these amounts will be deducted from the refund of your merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation and support.
The delivery cost for the return is paid by the customer. If the reason of return is a production defect then the cost of delivery is covered by the brand.
Please, pay attention that made-to-order or custom pieces are not-refundable and don’t have a return or exchange option.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- You can return any item purchased on mariannasenchina.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country where the item was delivered.
- The customer is responsible for covering the delivery cost for returns. However, in the case of a return due to a production defect, the cost of delivery will be covered by our brand.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Please note that separate parcels received as part of one order can be returned in one packaging.
- Customized or made-to-measurements items cannot be returned.
- All items purchased during final sale events are non-returnable and non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS:
- Please notify us by emailing shop@mariannasenchina.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- We recommend using the following shipping services for returns: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost. Please note that returns via USPS and Royal Mail may take longer to process.
- Kindly be aware that the sender assumes both the costs and risks associated with returning items. Please note that Marianna Senchina cannot be held accountable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the transit of the parcel.
EXCHANGES CONDITIONS:
At Marianna Senchina, we offer exchanges for non-faulty items that meet the following conditions:
- The items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached, and have not been worn, altered, or washed.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
- If the item you wish to exchange is available in our warehouse, we will reserve it for you. Upon receiving your return, we will proceed to ship the exchanged item to the address provided in your original order.
- If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or style, kindly initiate the return process by returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.
- To process an exchange, please ensure that all merchandise for the exchange is returned in one package.
- Please note that exchanges can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
If your item meets these requirements, we will gladly facilitate the exchange process.
REFUNDS:
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with no damage, alterations, or signs of wear, and must include all original tags and packaging. Please note that made-to-order or custom pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 business days.
- Upon approval from our quality control team, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund. It's important to note that if the returned item does not meet the specified conditions, the package will be returned to you.
