PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE WAR STATE IN UKRAINE, ALL WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES FROM OUR UKRAINE WAREHOUSE WILL BE CARRIED OUT TO OUR EU WAREHOUSE AND THEN TO THE FINAL DESTINATION. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME WILL TAKE 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU’ll BE UPDATED ONCE THE PARCEL LEFT OUR EU WAREHOUSE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE WHILE THE PARCEL IS ON ITS WAY FROM UKRAINE TO THE EU.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET READY FOR THE SHIPMENT?
If the item you have ordered is currently in stock, we will ship your order either on the same day or the next business day. However, please note that for made-to-order pieces, we kindly ask for your patience as we dedicate 3-5 business days to meticulously create and prepare your garment after the size has been approved. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. It is important to provide us with the correct shipping address during the checkout process to ensure smooth delivery. In the event that additional information is needed to facilitate the shipment, our dedicated customer support team will be in touch to gather the necessary details.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are committed to making sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible! Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Our dedicated customer support team may reach out to you to confirm sizing details, ensuring that you are provided with the best fit possible.
Our warehouse is based in Ukraine and we also maintain stock in the EU. This allows us to expedite domestic shipments within 2-3 days. Currently, worldwide delivery times are estimated to be within 7-14 days. However, it's important to acknowledge that delivery times may vary due to factors such as high demand or the distance of the shipping address.
We do not ship to russia or belarus.
Please bear in mind that the aforementioned delivery times are estimated and may be subject to change based on external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience should any delays occur.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
We make deliveries from the European Union. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR. However, please note that you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once your order arrives at its final destination. These additional import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office. It's important to understand that the payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. If you have any questions or need further details regarding these charges, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information.
Furthermore, we kindly request your understanding that in the event you are not familiar with the customs regulations of your country and decide to decline the delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to our EU warehouse. To facilitate the process, these amounts will be deducted from the refund of your merchandise.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping, ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. Once the package is in transit with the carrier, we are unable to process claims, refunds, or accommodate additional requests. Please note that you have a window of 1 day after checkout to cancel your order.
